Self-driving data company INFINIQ is set to expand its operations in Vietnam, the company announced on the FEB 20th.
The move is expected to accelerate the expansion of the company's data business as it seeks to use Vietnam as a data production hub for Southeast Asia.
The expanded office building is located at the center of Hanoi, and has a space of about 1,800 square meters from the first basement level to the 7th floor. This state-of-the-art construction also boasts ample workspaces capable of accommodating a sizable workforce of up to 500 individuals.
With the expansion of its Vietnam subsidiary, INFINIQ expects to produce over 10 million high-quality 2D images per month and anticipates a more than 150% increase in total monthly data processing volume compared to its current output. This increase in data processing capacity will enable INFINIQ to expand its artificial intelligence data business and further its global market reach.
INFINIQ plans to establish additional offices in Vietnam beyond Hanoi in the coming year, leveraging the country as a stepping stone for global expansion.
The company's Vietnam subsidiary was established in 2017, and has since played a significant role in training local artificial intelligence data processing professionals and establishing overseas production bases.
Lee Sung-Hwan, head of INFINIQ Vietnam, stated that the expansion of the company's Vietnam subsidiary will become the cornerstone of expanding its data business and establishing a Southeast Asian production hub. "We plan to proceed with the stages of global expansion of our data business step-by-step," Lee added.
